Att Retail Installment Agreement

By signing this agreement, you purchase the device from the seller/creditor (and with all sellers/creditors who assign the obligations arising from this agreement after such assignment, “we”, “us” or “we”) on credit. You provide us with a guarantee of purchase money on the Device and any proceeds from the sale or other disposal of the Device, to ensure the performance of your obligations under this Agreement (together “Covered Bonds”) until we have fully paid the secured commitments, including reasonable and actual costs of reconquering, transforming and transferring the Device in the event of delay (including reasonable attorneys` fees). You and we agree that this agreement is a security agreement and that your warranty interest agreement is a “purchase guarantee interest” for the device and “product” within the meaning of the commercial uniform in the condition of your billing address at the time of signing. You agree to pay us the amount and all related fees into U.S. funds. The following information applies to your billing accounts and agreements (“Accounts”) with AT&T Mobility LLC, Direct TV LLC, AT&T Services Inc. and their associated companies (“we”, “us” and “us”). Late payment fees. We charge a fee of up to $7 per bill cycle (or less, to the extent permitted by applicable law) for late payment of an amount (including installment fees) on your service bill for the wireless number associated with the device. The current wireless number appears on your bill and the number can change by mutual agreement. We reserve the right to transmit the information in writing and not electronically. Except as otherwise provided in this or other agreements, by law or on our website, you may not send us notices electronically and all communications from you must be in writing. To obtain the information electronically, you need a functional connection to the Internet and an active e-mail address.

If you want to print information, you also need access to a suitable printer. Good to know: If you remove the AT&T Next Up upgrade feature, you no longer have the right to update prematurely. You also can`t add Next Up to your payout plan, so make sure you really want to remove it…
